By accessing or using Mednor LIS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Mednor LIS is a cloud-based Laboratory Information System (LIS) designed for medical laboratories. The Service includes patient management, order processing, result reporting, quality control, and related laboratory workflow tools.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain full ownership of your laboratory's data entered into the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable healthcare regulations and data protection laws in your jurisdiction. The Service is provided as a tool to support laboratory workflows and does not constitute medical advice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: unauthorized access attempts, data scraping, transmitting malicious code, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mednor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
